CAITLIN E. SIRICO

CAITLIN E. SIRICO, was born in New Haven, Connecticut, on July 14, 1982. She resided in Cheshire, Connecticut until 2000, when she attended Connecticut College. While achieving her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, Ms. Sirico was a three-year captain of her NESCAC varsity volleyball team and was an intern at the State Attorney General's office where she assisted in representing the Connecticut Department of Children and Families.

 

Ms. Sirico moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2005 and attended Stetson University College of Law from 2005 through 2008. During this time, Ms. Sirico was a member of the Stetson Student Bar Association where she served as Secretary, and was President of the Stetson's Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Association. She interned for the Florida Department of Transportation, focusing on the practice of eminent domain, and later clerked for the law firm of McRae & Metcalf, P.A., assisting on construction matters. Following graduation from Stetson, Ms. Sirico clerked for Gallagher & Associates Law Firm, P.A.

 

Ms. Sirico concentrates her practice in insurance defense, local government law, foreclosure/bankruptcy law, workers' compensation, and various other civil litigation matters. She is a member of The Florida Bar, St. Petersburg Bar Association, and the Florida Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Association, and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
